I believe time has a quality—and that learning to notice it and engage with it consciously is a form of self care.
I’m Athena, an astrologer, designer, and maker. My work is rooted in helping people develop a different relationship with time: one that honors cycles, allows for rest, and supports meaningful creation without constant pressure to perform or predict.
Astrology entered my life as a language for noticing. Over time, it became a way to listen more closely—to my own rhythms, to the seasons I was moving through, and to the patterns that repeated when I ignored what time was asking of me.
What I saw again and again—both in myself and in others—was how often we’re taught to override our natural timing. To push through exhaustion. To plan without regard for capacity. To treat time as something to manage instead of something to relate to.
Moon & Craft grew out of that resistance.
How I Work
I don’t use astrology to tell you what will happen. I use it to help you notice what’s already present.
My work centers on:
the Moon’s cycles as a felt, embodied rhythm
appreciating cycles over linear progress
reflection over reaction
alignment over optimization
This is astrology as a practice of listening. One that invites you to respond to your life with greater care, clarity, and trust.
